Thank you for choosing Retro Foundry for our handmade crochet items or any of our store products. Please review the following shipping information to ensure a smooth delivery process for your order.

Where do we ship?

We strive to ship to all destinations where handmade projects are appreciated. Currently, we ship to:

  • United States (Contiguous), Alaska, and Hawaii
  • Canada


If your country is not on the list, please reach out to our Customer Care team here, and we will explore the possibility of adding your country as a shipping option.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

No, currently, we do not offer the option to ship items within the same order to multiple addresses. Each order must be shipped to a single address. If you need to ship items to multiple destinations, please place a unique order for each shipping destination.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipping outside the Contiguous US and Canada, your shipment may be subject to customs, duties, and/or additional taxes according to your country's laws. Retro Foundry does not collect these fees at the time of payment; they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping Promotion

Our Free Shipping promotion is eligible for orders with shipping destinations within the Contiguous United States or Canada. Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Excludes case pack orders.
  • Applies only to the order subtotal, excluding sales tax.
  • Only applicable to Standard Shipping, excluding Expedited Shipping and case pack products.
  • Valid for delivery addresses within the Contiguous United States and Canada.


Canada Domestic Shipping Rates:

Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days): 50 CAD minimum
Standard Shipping (3 to 9 business days): Free for orders over $120, 20 CAD minimum otherwise.

US Shipping Rates:

Express International (2 to 3 business days): 80 CAD minimum
Standard International (4 to 8 business days): Free for orders over $250, 50 CAD minimum otherwise.

Please note that these rates are subject to change, and Retro Foundry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.
